FluxRouter plans: Free, Pay As You Go and Enterprise. Pay as you go is the plan for new accounts: top up credit, pay cost plus 12%, credit never expires.
Pay as you go is the plan for new accounts. You top up credit, every call is charged at cost plus 12%, your credit never expires, and calls stop when your credit runs out. Free and Enterprise sit alongside it. Underneath all of them the metering is the same: you pay per token at the rate of the alias you send, and per use for abilities. Rates live on the pricing page.
One Flux key gives you everything Flux does, at the same pay-as-you-go rates: every model, smart routing, image generation, voice, web search and tools. There is no plan to upgrade to.
Why the 12%? Smart routing is the right tool for the right job. Frontier and high-quality models go to the tasks that need them, and fast models take the tasks that do not need maximum power, so you pay less overall for the result you want.

Free
Every new account starts here, with a monthly credit and a default key made for you, so you can connect your agent straight away. Free reaches flux-fast and flux-auto (which stays in the Fast lane on Free) and stops at its cap rather than billing you. Abilities that need a paid plan, such as images and transcription, answer with a clear "needs a paid plan" message. See The Free plan.
Pay As You Go

- Want every model with no monthly fee? Pay As You Go.
- A custom contract or compliance needs? Enterprise.
Your key does not change when you change plan. Manage your credit at /home/billing.
I'm on Builder or Scale. What happens to my plan?
Nothing changes for you. Builder and Scale are no longer offered to new accounts, but if you already have one, it carries on as before: same included credit, same billing. You can see it, change it or cancel it at /home/billing.
